Tulpar Creative provides digital services including web development, graphic design, mobile application development, and business digitalisation. All projects are governed by a separate written agreement between the client and Tulpar Creative.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of SANLI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Intellectual property of delivered work is transferred to the client upon full payment as agreed in the project contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tulpar Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific project contract in question.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
